Our schedule is fairly tight considering the due dates. We plan to have the rough cut to be completed by March 4th. Currently its February 25th, so that leaves us a week to get the shots we plan to use. So far, we have filmed the shots needed for the montage last Saturday, February 23. This leaves us some time to edit the shots together and achieve the look we want. For the main scene we are going to film March 3rd. Then the rough cut will be complete in time. The rough cut will not include sound or extremely precise editing. It is just to get a general idea of the order of the shots and the look we want.
After the rough cut, Kyler and I need to get together again to film any retakes we need and also to film the voiceover and ambient sounds. We plan to do this either the weekend of March 10 or March 17.
